If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 3 to 7 days of receiving your order.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or usage reasons (see below).


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages, etc.)

  • Health, beauty, and personal care items (e.g., creams, cosmetics, hygiene products)

  • Digital or downloadable items

  • Discounted or clearance sale products

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone within the return window.

  2. Provide your order ID, contact number, and a photo/video of the issue (if applicable).

  3. Our team will verify your claim and provide return instructions.

  4. Ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

➡️ Please do not send items back without prior confirmation, as unapproved returns may be rejected.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • The refund will be issued using your original payment method (if applicable).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via mobile banking or store credit.

If your return is rejected (due to product misuse, damage, or missing packaging), we will notify you and send the item back.


5. Replacement Policy

If your product is eligible for replacement:

  • We will send you a new item once the returned item is received and verified.

  • If the item is out of stock, you can choose between a refund or store credit.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

  • Once shipped, you may need to follow the return process instead.

  • BK SHOP BD reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or payment verification failure.


7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • If approved, we may provide a free return label for eligible cases.
